What do you do?

We are an Indonesia Trading Company managing Agro Commodities for the Indonesia Feed mill and Flour mill industries.

We also trade and export many products related to our industry. Please browse our product selection.

Do you sell only to Indonesia?

No. Although we are located in Indonesia and thus serve a lot of Indonesian companies, we are also selling to many customers in other countries. Countries such as the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan among others. Talk to us and we will do what we can to fulfill your needs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

But, minimum order quantity depends mostly on the product and the destination.

For imported products we require full container loads. Each item may have a different minimum. For example for Squid Liver Powder or Milk Powder we can do one container about 20 ton. For others like Meat and Bone meal we can do about 100 ton. Still others like Soybean Meal we require about 200 ton minimum order.

Note that for imported products we can only sell to you only if you have an import permit.

What are your terms of payment?

For new customers we ask for cash before delivery or cash on delivery depending on the delivery location. Imports are done by LC at sight. For established Feedmills, we can do TT on Copy Docs terms of payment.

How can I get samples?

Just contact us and let us know what sample/s that you need and we will ship a sample to you free of charge.

I only need a small quantity, can I buy just 100kg?

Unfortunately No. We only sell wholesale and we do not sell small quantities to anyone. Sorry.

What if the product that you ship are not the same as the sample?

Since the products that we sell are natural products, there will be a small variation in physical and nutritional property between the sample and the shipment. However, the overall nutritional value should not deviate much from the minimum/maximum specifications. If the delivered product do not conform to the specifications by an unacceptable margin, it is within your right to reject the shipment. We fully guarantee each shipment and will do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
