Documents Required to Import to Indonesia for Feed Products

As an exporter, what documents do you need to import to Indonesia?

 

As an importer, what shipping documents do I need to ask the exporter to provide in order to get the products released safely?

 

General Shipping Documents Required:

  1. Commercial Invoice (3 Original / 2 Copies)
  2. Packing List (3 Original / 2 Copies)
  3. Bill of Lading (3 Original / 3 Non Negotiable Copies)
  4. Certificate of Origin (1 Original / 2 Copies)
  5. Certificate of Analysis (1 Original / 2 Copies)
  6. Certificate of Weight (1 Original / 2 Copies)
  7. Certificate of Container Cleanliness (1 Original / 2 Copies)
  8. Packing Declaration (1 Original / 2 Copies)

In addition to the above, you will need to furnish the documents below depending on the product type.

For Plant Products:
o   Phytosanitary Certificate (1 Original / 2 Copies)

For Animal Products:
o   Health Certificate (1 Original / 2 Copies)

For Aqua Products:
o   Health Certificate (1 Original / 2 Copies)
o   Certificate Free of Melamine, Salmonella, Antibiotics, Aflatoxin, Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), and Mercury (Hg) (Shipper Declaration only) (1 Original / 2 Copies)
